Position Overview

Allocation Assist Middle East is recruiting a highly skilled and board-certified Consultant ENT Surgeon for a leading tertiary care hospital in Dubai. This role is ideal for an experienced otolaryngologist with strong expertise across surgical and non‑surgical ENT care, committed to evidence-based practice, patient safety, and multidisciplinary collaboration within a high-volume clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a broad range of ear, nose, and throat conditions including sinusitis, otitis media, hearing disorders, sleep apnea, and head and neck tumors.
• Perform advanced ENT surgical procedures including tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, functional endoscopic sinus surgery, microscopic ear surgery, laryngoscopy, and selected head and neck reconstructive procedures.
• Interpret and correlate diagnostic investigations such as CT and MRI imaging, audiograms, endoscopic findings, and sleep studies.
• Provide comprehensive outpatient consultations and inpatient care with a strong focus on patient‑centered outcomes and safety.
• Collaborate closely with audiologists, speech and language therapists, anesthesiologists, radiologists, and other specialists to ensure integrated care pathways.
• Participate in clinical audits, departmental meetings, CME activities, and contribute to the development and review of clinical protocols.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with DHA regulations and hospital policies.

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Board certification in Otolaryngology (American Board, UK CCT, Royal College, or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years post-specialization experience in a tertiary care or academic hospital setting.
• Eligibility for Dubai Health Authority Consultant licensure.

• Strong diagnostic acumen, surgical expertise, and communication skills.
