Job summary

SearchPlus HR is seeking a Consultant Dermatologist to join a leading UAE healthcare organisation. The role involves delivering comprehensive dermatology care within a multidisciplinary, internationally oriented environment.

You will provide expert consultation, diagnose and treat a broad range of skin conditions, and perform procedures with appropriate privileges. Western qualifications and UAE licensing eligibility are highly preferred, with Arabic-speaking candidates favored.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with a recognised specialist qualification in Dermatology / Dermatovenereology.
• Proven Consultant-level experience in Dermatology.
• Tier 1 / Western qualification strongly preferred (UK CCT/CCST, American Board, Canadian Board/RCPSC, Irish, Australian/NZ, other recognised international quals).
• Eligible for Consultant-level UAE licensing.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients with a wide range of dermatological conditions.
• Diagnose and manage complex medical and inflammatory skin disorders.
• Manage conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, urticaria, pigmentation disorders, hair and nail disorders, and skin infections.
• Evaluate and manage autoimmune and chronic dermatological conditions.
• Perform appropriate dermatological procedures in accordance with clinical expertise and privileges.
• Assess suspicious skin lesions and coordinate appropriate investigations and specialist management where required.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and evidence-based clinical practice.
• Provide patient education regarding treatment options, skincare, prevention, and long-term disease management.
• Work collaboratively with other specialties and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare standards.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement, teaching, and continuing professional development activities.
