• Lead management of critically ill medical, surgical, trauma and postoperative patients in ICU.
• Provide advanced organ support including ventilation, haemodynamic management, renal support coordination and sepsis care.
• Perform critical care procedures such as airway management, central venous access and invasive monitoring according to privileges.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary rounds with consultants, nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacy and allied health teams.
• Guide family communication, goals-of-care discussions and ethical decision-making.
• Support ICU protocols, infection prevention, audit, simulation training and quality improvement.

ABOUT THE ROLE

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its high-acuity ICU, organ support and multidisciplinary critical care services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Critical Care Physician to join its growing clinical team. ROLE OVERVIEW

The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
