PulseHire HR Middle East is seeking a Consultant Critical Care Physician to join a leading UAE healthcare provider’s high-acuity ICU team. You will lead advanced organ support, collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues and maintain patient-centred care in a modern facility.

The role requires internationally trained physicians with recognised qualifications such as American Board in Critical Care Medicine or UK CCT/FFICM/MRCP, and it includes licensing and relocation support, tax-free salary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead management of critically ill medical, surgical, trauma and postoperative patients in the ICU.
• Provide advanced organ support including ventilation, hemodynamics and renal coordination.
• Perform critical care procedures such as airway management, central venous access and invasive monitoring.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary ICU rounds with consultants, nurses and allied health professionals.
• Support communication with patients and families including goals of care and ethical decisions.
• Contribute to ICU protocols, infection prevention, audits, training and quality initiatives.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The successful candidatewill work withina collaborative, multidisciplinaryclinical environment supportedbyexperienced consultants, nurses, allied healthprofessionals and moderndiagnostic and treatmentfacilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
