Base pay range

AED660,000.00 / yr - AED780,000.00 / yr

Talentspoc LLC is seeking a dedicated Consultant in Critical Care Medicine to join our esteemed medical team. In this vital role, you will manage the care of critically ill patients in our intensive care unit (ICU), leveraging your expertise to make informed and timely medical decisions that directly impact patient survival and recovery.

As a Consultant, you will work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized treatment plans. You will utilize state-of-the-art medical technologies and protocols to ensure the highest quality of care. Your role will also involve guiding and mentoring junior staff and contributing to clinical research and quality improvement initiatives within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide ongoing management for critically ill patients
  • Formulate personalized treatment strategies in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
  • Apply advanced critical care technologies and procedures effectively
  • Communicate thoroughly with patients' families about treatment options and progress
  • Participate in clinical rounds, contributing your expertise to team discussions
  • Educate and mentor medical staff, residents, and students on critical care best practices

Requirements
