Job summary

SearchPlus HR is seeking a Consultant Breast Surgeon for a reputable UAE multispecialty healthcare facility. The role requires a UK CCT in General Surgery with proven breast surgery expertise and oncoplastic experience. You will lead breast cancer workups, coordinate MDT discussions, and provide comprehensive perioperative care.

The position offers relocation support, ongoing medical education, and a collaborative, patient-centered environment in the UAE.

Qualifications

• UK CCT in General Surgery or equivalent with breast surgery specialization.
• Substantial experience in breast surgery.
• Registered with medical regulatory body; DHA/DOH/MOHAP eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage benign and malignant breast conditions.
• Perform breast surgical procedures (breast-conserving surgery, mastectomy, sentinel node biopsy).
• Undertake oncoplastic breast surgery and reconstruction where trained.
• Evaluate imaging (mammography, ultrasound, MRI) and biopsy results.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on guidelines.
• Participate in MDT meetings with oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and others.
• Provide preoperative counselling and informed consent.
