Black Pearl Consult in the UAE is seeking an experienced Consultant Anaesthesiologist to join a multidisciplinary team, delivering specialist anesthesia care and contributing to education, research and clinical leadership within a sophisticated healthcare environment.

The successful candidate will provide expert consultant-level anaesthesia, participate in postgraduate education, and lead quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives across elective and emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• Recognised postgraduate qualification in Anaesthesiology / Anaesthesia.
• Experience as a Consultant-level clinician in a tertiary/academic hospital.
• Proven track record in teaching and postgraduate education.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultant-level anaesthesia and perioperative care.
• Lead pre-operative assessment and optimisation.
• Support safe anaesthetic management for elective and emergency procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety.
• Maintain high standards of governance and quality improvement.
• Contribute to guideline development and clinical pathways.
• Promote excellent patient experience throughout perioperative care.
