Job summary
Black Pearl is seeking a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist to join its leading academic healthcare system in Dubai. You will provide expert care across obstetrics and gynaecology and contribute to patient-centred services.
The role combines clinical leadership with postgraduate teaching, research, and development of OBGYN services, underpinned by safety, quality, and evidence-based practice. You will mentor residents, participate in curriculum development, and lead quality improvement
Qualifications
- Medical degree MBBS/MD or equivalent.
- Postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
- Consultant-level experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
- Eligible for UAE/Dubai professional licensing.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert Consultant-level care across Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Lead postgraduate OBGYN residency education and teaching.
- Participate in curriculum development and educational strategy.
- Mentor residents and supervise trainees.
- Contribute to research, audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Support development of evidence-based guidelines and care pathways.
