Job summary

AECOM in the UAE seeks a Consultant to support advisory and transformation engagements across the UAE and wider Middle East. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, building client relationships and translating analysis into practical solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

You will spend time on client sites, contribute to change initiatives, governance design and operating model improvements while developing consulting and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience within consulting, advisory, transformation, organisational design or change environments.
• Experience supporting transformation, operating model or organisational improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience engaging with client stakeholders.
• Ability to structure complex information and communicate clear recommendations.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working in client environments and building effective relationships with stakeholders across all organisational levels.

Responsibilities

• Advisory and Project Delivery: support the delivery of organisational transformation, operating model and performance improvement engagements.

Job Description

We are seeking a Consultant to support the delivery of advisory and transformation engagements across the UAE and wider Middle East.

You will join an established client engagement and work as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting the delivery of strategic and organisational transformation initiatives. From day one, you will be expected to build strong relationships with client stakeholders and quickly develop an understanding of the client's priorities, challenges and operating environment.

You will work with clients to solve organisational challenges, improve performance and support the successful delivery of strategic priorities. The role combines analysis, problem solving and stakeholder engagement, while providing opportunities to contribute to complex transformation programmes from design through implementation.

This is not a traditional strategy consulting role focused solely on recommendations. We are looking for individuals who can translate analysis into practical solutions and support clients in implementing change that delivers measurable outcomes.

As a client facing consultant, you will be expected to spend a proportion of your week working alongside client teams at their offices, building trusted relationships, facilitating collaboration and supporting the successful delivery of programme outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Advisory and Project Delivery
