We are looking for a Construction Supervisor for one of our clients with the following details :

Location : Dubai / Abu Dhabi - REMOTE SITE BASED ROLE (Al Asab / Qusawira)

Joining date : 1 month or less

Contract Duration :

Budget - fixed and non-negotiable, includes insurance, air tickets, single status, food, accommodation (Porta cabin shared by 2 to 3 people), and transportation.

Qualification and Experience Required :

• Language preference: English
• Major: Mechanical engineering
• Experience with ADNOC construction procedures
• Experience in the oil and gas industry

Role description :

1. Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to engineering drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
2. Assist Senior Engineers / Construction Managers in ensuring quality and timely completion of construction tasks within your discipline.
3. Provide technical guidance, leadership, and support to construction teams.
4. Ensure safety protocols are followed and compliance with HSE guidelines is maintained.
5. Collaborate with other disciplines (Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Telecom) and project stakeholders to optimize project execution.
6. Prepare daily progress reports, maintain documentation, and assist in inspections to ensure construction quality and standards compliance.
