Job description

We are looking for a Construction Supervisor for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi - REMOTE SITE BASED ROLE (Al Asab / Qusawira

Joining date: 1 month or less

Contract Duration:

Budget - fixed and non-negotiable, insurance and air tickets i.e. single status plus food, accommodation (Porta cabin - shared by 2 to 3 people) and transportation.

Qualification and Experience Required:

• Language preference: English
• Major - Mechanical engineering
• ADNOC construction procedure experience required.
• Experience in oil and gas industry

Role description:

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to engineering drawings, specifications and project schedules.
• Assist Senior engineers / Are construction managers in ensuring quality and timely completion of construction tasks within your respective discipline.
• Provide technical guidance, leadership and support to construction teams.
• Ensure safety protocols and ensure compliance with HSE guidelines.
• Collaborate with other disciplines (Electrical, instrumentation, civil, telecom) and project stakeholders to optimize project execution.
• Prepare daily progress reports, maintain documentation, and assist in inspections to ensure construction quality and adherence to standards.
