Job summary

Penspen is seeking a Construction Superintendent (Structure) in Abu Dhabi to oversee the structural components of construction projects, ensuring safe execution and adherence to schedule and specifications. You will manage site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and plan work processes on site in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree from a recognized university.
• 18+ years of experience, with at least 10 years in oil and gas.
• Experience in fabrication activities for offshore projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and construction processes.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate with subcontractors.
• ADNOC experience is an added advantage.
