The key objectives for this role are :

• Ensure project quality and integrity, bringing projects in on schedule and within budget using in-house procedures
• Oversee total construction field effort to meet design, specifications, budgets, and schedules
• Manage projects or project subsets valued above USD 500 million

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities :

• Manage construction and contractor deliverables
• Supervise all areas on small projects or a subset of larger projects
• Coordinate multiple disciplines or project subsets in accordance with contracts and company policies
• Ensure work complies with quality standards and project requirements
• Control project costs and schedules
• Manage installation, commissioning, and completion activities
• Coordinate work schedules to maximize utilization and meet deadlines
• Monitor progress and report against plans
• Define and communicate safety, quality, and environmental responsibilities
• Ensure workers receive appropriate safety training and inductions
• Implement safety, quality, and environmental processes
• Manage project variations effectively using commercial processes
• Coordinate supply chains and project-specific requirements
• Understand and manage industrial relations issues on site
• Collaborate with engineering during design to optimize constructability

Expected :

• Degree with at least 15 years of Oil and Gas industry experience, including 5+ years on major capital projects (>USD 500M) with Construction and Site Management focus
• Experience within an Oil and Gas operating company is highly desirable and may substitute for capital project experience
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Willingness to travel extensively and flexibility to support project needs
• Qualified to obtain a CICPA and UAE work visa
