Job description

• Supervise and manage daily construction activities on-site, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractor teams to ensure seamless execution of work.
• Ensure adherence to all local regulations, Client standards, and international HSE protocols.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, isometric plans, and specifications to guide construction work.
• Manage and monitor subcontractor performance; lead progress meetings and report on project status.
• Implement and enforce site safety programs; lead daily toolbox talks and site walkdowns.
• Identify potential delays or resource constraints and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports, inspections, and as-built records.
• Coordinate equipment mobilization, materials handling, and manpower planning on-site.
• Support commissioning and handover activities in coordination with the commissioning team.

Desired Candidate Profile
