Job summary

RAQ Contracting is seeking a site supervisor to oversee all on-site construction activities for the project, ensuring work aligns with plan, budget, and schedule. You will coordinate field teams, monitor productivity, safety, and quality, and report progress daily to the Projects Control team.

You will liaise with QA/QC, consultants, and subcontractors, issue site instructions, manage material logistics, and support continuous improvement through new methods and efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Optimizes manpower, equipment, and materials on site to meet budget.
• Supervises construction work to ensure completion within time, cost, and quality standards.
• Monitors attendance, productivity, and safety of site staff and non-staff.
• Prepares project and manpower schedules, material logs, and draws logs; coordinates with Planning and Cost Control.
• Coordinates material requisitions and supplier deliveries; oversees site store inflow/outflow.
