Job summary

Oversee on-site civil construction activities, ensuring schedules and quality standards are met on large Gulf-region projects. Lead subcontractors and labour, enforce HSE policies, and conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety and productivity.

Coordinate progress against the construction plan, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track and compliant with client specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in civil construction project management.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure or building projects in Gulf region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and labor to foster a safe, productive environment.
• Implement and enforce strict HSE policies with regular site inspections.
