Job summary

Site Technology is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead planning, budgeting, and on-site coordination for multi-trade construction projects in the UAE. You will oversee day-to-day activities on site, ensure work aligns with drawings and timelines, and drive safety, quality, and documentation processes.

The role requires coordinating civil, electrical, mechanical, protection, SCADA, and telecom teams, while managing subcontractors and site personnel to ensure smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Planning budgeting and tracking expenses for construction projects.
• Resource Allocation: Optimizing the use of manpower materials and equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations on the site.
• Quality Control: Implementing measures to ensure the project meets the required standards.
• Communication: Liaising with clients contractors and other stakeholders.
• Coordination: Supervising and coordinating the work of various trades and contractors.
• Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Documentation: Preparing reports maintaining records and managing paperwork.
• Procurement: Selecting and ordering necessary tools and materials.
