Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Construction (Dubai-Based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects: planning, execution, and handover
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout project lifecycle
• Manage and obtain necessary approvals from Dubai authorities (DM, RTA, DEWA, Civil Defense, etc.)
• Monitor and control project timelines and budgets; implement corrective actions as needed
• Ensure all activities comply with quality standards, safety protocols, and local regulations
• Lead regular project meetings and provide detailed status reports to stakeholders
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 10–17 years of experience, with at least 10 years in Dubai-based construction projects
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and authority approval procedures
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and Primavera P6
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and leadership skills

Desired Candidate Profile

• Professional certification in project management such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
• Familiarity with sustainable construction methods and green building practices (LEED, Estidama, etc.)
