As a Construction Project Manager at MIRA, you will lead projects at all stages and manage a teamб oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve managing project timelines, budgets, and teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality structures. This position demands a proactive leader with a strong background in civil engineering and experience in high-rise construction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead and motivate project teams, including contractors, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures to stay within financial parameters.
• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all milestones and addressing any delays or issues promptly.
• Ensure all construction work meets industry standards and project specifications, implementing quality control measures as needed.
• Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, providing updates and addressing any concerns or changes.
• Identify potential risks and issues, developing and implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record in high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse teams effectively, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing project documentation and ensuring compliance with specifications.
