Job summary

RedLine Freight Services is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator in Dubai to oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects. You will work with the project manager to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to quality standards.

You will manage schedules, budgets, permits, and stakeholder communications, while maintaining thorough project documentation and ensuring safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, building codes/regulations.

Responsibilities

Construction Project Coordinator

As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects in Dubai. You will work closely with the project manager and team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities between different teams and departments
• Create and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Monitor progress of construction projects and report any issues or delays to the project manager
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Review plans, blueprints, and other documents to ensure accuracy and identify potential issues
• Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
• Participate in regular meetings with project team members to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions
• Assist with obtaining necessary permits and approvals for construction projects
• Maintain accurate records of project documentation including contracts, change orders, invoices, etc.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, building codes/regulations
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Proficiency in project management software
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Location: Dubai (candidates from Africa/Egypt are preferred but not required)

Salary: $1800/month (negotiable based on experience)
