Job summary

Gulf Contracting & Landscaping (GCL) seeks a Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to support construction projects across the UAE. You will coordinate procurement activities, monitor material deliveries, and ensure timely availability of equipment and supplies at site locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or related field.
• 4–8 years of UAE construction procurement/logistics or materials coordination experience.
• Experience with construction/building materials preferred.
• Familiarity with UAE suppliers, regulations, and logistics processes.
• Ability to manage multiple project requirements and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end procurement and logistics for UAE projects.
• Track purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance.
• Review requirements, obtain quotations, negotiate terms, and issue purchase orders.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with UAE regulations.
• Collaborate with site teams, warehouses, and transport providers.
