Al Shirawi Group in Dubai is seeking a diligent site/field engineer to monitor construction materials, track progress, and support engineers across projects. You will plan weekly, monthly, and yearly work programs, maintain documentation, and ensure material testing and quality standards are met.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or diploma, 1–2 years’ experience, and strong computer literacy, stock control, and coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitoring and evaluating all construction materials such as concrete, bitumen, soils and related materials.
• Monitoring work progress in project.
• Monitoring tested construction material.
• Planning and organizing weekly, monthly and yearly work plans.
• Engineering maintenance of buildings.
• Assist with other engineers.
• Generating daily, weekly and monthly work progress reports to supervisor.
• Calculating, analyzing, and estimating volumes for construction projects.
• Monitoring of project sites during work.
• Maintenance of construction machinery and workers.
• Preparing daily reports from the site and presenting to the manager weekly.
