The role involves leading site operations, managing contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards, and driving project delivery within schedule and budget. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in industrial or infrastructure projects involving tank installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all site construction activities related to tank erection, including civil, mechanical, and structural works.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including engineering teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Monitor daily progress, ensure adherence to technical specifications, and manage construction schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements.
• Manage site resources effectively, including labor, equipment, and materials.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, inspections, and handover records.
• Resolve site-related issues and escalate technical concerns when necessary.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related field.

8+ years of construction experience, with at least 3 years managing tank projects.

Proven track record in tank construction (glass-fused steel, bolted, or welded tanks preferred).

Strong understanding of construction methods, codes, and health & safety standards.

Excellent leadership, coordination, and organizational skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, method statements, and project plans.

Proficiency in project reporting, site documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Willingness to work on remote or industrial sites as needed.
