Job summary

BESIX is seeking a Construction Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead all on-site construction activities for building works, ensuring delivery aligns with schedule, cost and contractual requirements. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and multidisciplinary coordination to drive safety, quality, and project success.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• Possess relevant professional certifications (an advantage).
• Have a minimum of 12-15 years of construction experience including at least 5 years in a Construction Manager role within building projects.
• Demonstrate proven experience managing major building construction projects preferably in the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities related to building works including civil, structural, architectural and finishing works.
• Plan, organize and coordinate construction resources including site teams, subcontractors, plant equipment and materials.
• Translate project schedules into execution plans and monitor progress, productivity and performance.
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, Environmental, schedule and cost requirements.
• Contribute to technical deliverables such as method statements, planning and execution strategies.
