1.2 Billion AED Marine Project has just been awarded in the UAE to a Leading International Civil & Marine Contractor

Client wants to hire a hungry & driven Marine Construction Manager for this new Major project. You will be reporting directly into the Project Manager on site, you will remove the hurdles stopping the supply chain hitting these aggressive program targets.

This is a bespoke form of FIDIC contract for a Major Abu Dhabi Client

Scope consists of Diaphragm Walls & Combi Walls below 17 Meters, vast amounts of rock revetments and breakwater construction to support the port. Complex off shore piles to support the 310 Meter Trestle for this loading Facility

Following is essential :

• Degree Educated – Civil Engineering
• 8-10 Years Post Graduate Experience on Major Marine Works Projects for Lead (Main Contractor) or specialist sub-contractor
• Experience on QA, paperwork, record keeping , working within a team and sub-contract management
• Self Motivated & disciplined in your role
• Able to relocate and start before the first week in October 2025 absolute latest
• Strong communication, stakeholder and leadership skills
• Full life cycle project management experience from Bid’s through to handovers in the arena of Marine construction
• Capable to provide references for NSR Associates to take
