Senior Construction Manager

As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in Sharjah. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors and other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule. Your main duties will include planning and organizing construction activities, managing project budgets and schedules, obtaining necessary permits and licenses, monitoring the progress of construction work, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will also be responsible for hiring and supervising construction workers and subcontractors.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in construction management, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully completing projects. Fluency in English is required to effectively communicate with team members from diverse backgrounds. Preference will be given to Malayalee candidates with experience working in Sharjah or the UAE.
