Job summary

Flyper is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The role leads multiple projects, coordinates with contractors, architects and engineers, and ensures completion on time, within budget, and with strict safety compliance.

Responsibilities include overseeing all construction phases, tracking progress, scheduling subcontractors, inspecting materials for quality, and maintaining expense records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Experience as Construction Manager in Abu-Dhabi preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of local construction codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem solving and strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all phases of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Monitoring progress reports on each project.
• Coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, inspectors and other personnel.
• Scheduling subcontractor activities and deliverables.
• Inspecting materials for quality assurance purposes.
• Maintaining accurate expense records during the project lifespan.
• Enforcing safety regulations at all times.
