Job Title: Construction Manager Finishing

Applicants must already be based inside the UAE with a valid UAE driving license to be considered for this opportunity.

One of our clients who are a a well-established, construction contracting firm, who specialize in high rise building projects in the UAE are looking for a Construction Manager - Finishing.

Location: UAE - Dubai

Job Scope:

You will be tasked with ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This role requires extensive experience in managing the complexities of high-rise developments and a proven ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in construction management working for contracting companies, with significant exposure to high-rise projects and expertise in finishing.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment.
• Proven experience managing large teams and complex construction schedules.
• Must have worked on high rise building projects for contracting firms on projects for major developers in Dubai such as; Emaar, Damac, Nakheel, Deyaar, Dubai Holding, Sohba etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
