The manager must work closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to interpret contracts, design plans, and technical specifications accurately. They are responsible for monitoring compliance with building codes and other regulations, managing project schedules, and resolving any unexpected issues that arise during construction. Ensuring the optimum use of resources and managing the performance of the construction teams, they must also conduct site visits to ensure work adheres to safety standards. Effective communication with stakeholders and providing progress reports on a regular basis are also critical tasks.Responsibilities
