Job description

The ideal candidate for this position will provide project management for planning, and organizing all aspects of the task related to the relevant projects. As part of this role, the manager will have to oversee the works of his peers acting as the point of contact to handle any issues regarding the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end construction project management, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain quality and design integrity.
• Monitor project schedules, conduct site inspections, and resolve issues proactively.
• Control budgets and costs; drive value engineering without compromising quality.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE regulations and promote a safety-first culture.
• Supervise and mentor on-site teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress invoices and follow up for timely certification.
