Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager, located in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. We are urgently hiring experienced professionals for a major structural and landscaping project. The ideal candidates should have proven experience in similar large-scale projects involving structural works, hardscape, softscape, and infrastructure development.

The Construction Manager will oversee daily on-site operations, including manpower, material coordination, logistics, and subcontractor supervision & ensure construction safety, and handle budgeting. The Construction Manager will also ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of UAE/GCC experience with strong supervision and coordination skills.


• Supervisory Skills and experience in managing construction teams


• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management for construction projects


• Knowledge of Construction Safety protocols and regulations


• Experience in Construction and Project Control


• Excellent organizational and leadership skills


• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
