Role Overview

The studio is seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-end architectural and landscape projects in the UAE. This is a senior, client-facing role suited to someone who excels in site-based project delivery, contractor coordination, and quality control. The successful candidate will ensure projects are executed to the studio’s high design standards while meeting programme, budget, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction and project delivery, ensuring alignment with design intent
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones, flagging risks and driving resolutions
• Review and manage site instructions, change orders, and progress reports
• Maintain quality control and adherence to safety regulations and building codes
• Represent the studio on-site and in meetings, upholding the studio’s design vision
• Manage multiple ongoing projects, reporting to senior leadership
• Facilitate communication between design and construction teams throughout all stages

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience, with proven delivery of large-scale or complex builds in the UAE
• Solid understanding of local construction practices, codes, and authority approvals
• Experience in high-end architectural, masterplan or landscape projects preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
