Job Summary:
Need to have experience in collaborating as well as taking care of numerous professionals and show the capacity to construct durable relationships and integrated teams. Handling the building distribution of the entire bundles of this mega-project. Providing straight on-site leadership and also monitoring of service providers. Developing a high performing group that strives for quality, safety, cost, and schedule improvements at every possibility with all delivery partners. Managing all aspects of HSQE. Driving delivery on site with a specific focus to the complicated structural steel elements. Addressing troubles, managing temporary works, logistics and site-wide control. Supplying appropriate and reliable executive level communication.

Certification and Experience:
Minimum of 12 years' postgraduate experience in a similar role. A degree certification is required for client approval. Proven performance history of working within a huge construction project. Experience in framework steel and facility short-term works is an advantage. Considerable experience in buildings project is a benefit-- hotels/mixed-use/commercial. Dubai experience is essential for client authorization. In-depth knowledge and admiration of health and wellness is important. Solid administration skills and commercial understanding. Solid logical and problem-solving skills, utilizing an adaptable pragmatic approach. Exceptional organisation, delegation and communication skills. Capacity to work within a high performing team that continually surpasses expectations and objectives. Professional subscriptions are a benefit but are not essential.
