Contract Manager - DFC

We're seeking a Contract Manager to deliver best‑practice contract and client relationship management for DFC. PILING EXPERCIENCE IS MUST.

Responsibilities

Day‑to‑day you will:

  • Manage contracts, correspondence, compliance, and records for the Enabling and Piling works.
  • Monitor contract performance, ensuring obligations are met and supporting stakeholders.
  • Identify and address contract risks, drive process improvements, and optimise contract performance.
  • Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance frameworks and oversee contract governance activities.
  • Support variation and delay claims, contractual negotiations, and cost control measures.
  • Ability to review BOQs, drawings, and contract documents to identify risks, discrepancies, and opportunities.
Skills
  • Proven experience managing and administering contracts and compliance documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, contracts (FIDIC/UAE standard forms), and authority regulations.
  • Strong ability to interpret legal concepts and communicate technical information.
  • Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail and record‑keeping.
  • Familiarity with contract management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
