Qualifications

• 10-15 years experience in major operations and EPC project execution.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic considered a plus.
• SOE membership / Engineering License is advantageous.

• Leads and supervises overall site construction activities.
• Coordinates between engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
