Qualifications

• 20–25 ans d'expérience pertinente, dont au moins 10 dans un rôle managérial.
• Expérience forte dans l'installation d'équipements rotatifs et statiques pour des projets pétroliers et gaziers.
• Certification PMP ou CCM est un atout.

Job description

Job Brief:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager – Mechanical to lead and oversee mechanical construction activities for a high-profile Oil & Gas brownfield project in the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in the installation of rotating and static equipment and demonstrate the ability to manage complex project execution phases within budget, schedule, and ADNOC standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities, both direct and subcontracted, ensuring compliance with approved construction methods, schedules, budgets, and project quality/HSE requirements.
• Lead the planning and execution of construction works, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deliverables.
• Manage project cost control and scheduling in coordination with planning and finance teams.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and ADNOC HSE standards across all construction activities.
• Ensure quality control procedures are followed and meet client specifications.
• Oversee the commissioning and handover process of completed mechanical systems.
• Effectively manage resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and client representatives.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) certification preferred.
• 20–25 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 10 years in a managerial role.
• Strong background in rotating and static equipment installation for Oil & Gas projects.
• Previous experience on ADNOC projects is mandatory; ADNOC approval is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale construction projects in the Middle East.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth understanding of Brownfield project environments in Oil & Gas.
