Role Overview:

The Construction Manager – Station will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities related to the station, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and coordination among stakeholders. The role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and experience in managing complex station construction within large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day site operations for station construction, including structural, architectural, and MEP works.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor progress against schedule and budget, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Lead site meetings and interface coordination with adjacent packages (e.g., track, systems).
  • Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and inspection test plans.
  • Liaise with authorities for permits, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
  • Report regularly to senior management on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • 15 years of experience in infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years in station construction.
  • Proven track record in managing rail station builds in the Middle East.
