JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a Construction Manager, reporting directly to the Head of the Department to join our team based in UAE, Abu Dhabi.

About the mission we offer you :

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 15 years of experience in construction management within EPC, FEED, and detailed engineering environments.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in complex industrial sectors.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, engineering principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CCM) is preferred.
