Job summary

Al Rawafid Engineering and Contracting LLC is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment Officer for full-time on-site work in the United Arab Emirates. You will implement and monitor HSE policies on construction sites, conduct inspections, risk assessments, and train teams to uphold safety standards.

Ideal candidates hold NEBOSH or equivalent, with UAE/Gulf experience and the ability to interpret local regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety principles in construction.
• Experience with EHS frameworks and risk assessment.
• NEBOSH or equivalent safety qualification.
• Experience in UAE or Gulf region preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
