Job summary

Emirates Electrical Engineering LLC is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to manage receivables and payables in SAP, ensuring timely processing, reconciliation, and reporting. The role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting, with 1–5 years of experience, ideally in contracting sectors, and strong Excel skills.

The candidate will coordinate with internal departments, prepare monthly Petty cash and utility bill reports, and support month-end closing tasks under supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Master’s degree in accounting will be preferred
• Experience in contracting industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting transactions
• Record accounting transactions in SAP and company systems
• Prepare accounting schedules and financial reports
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of transactions and reports
• Conformance with internal control procedures and company practices
• Prepare debits/credits for suppliers and manage payments
• Reconcile book balances with bank statements
• Coordinate with internal departments for timely recording
