Job Description

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work is executed according to project plans and specifications, while maintaining high safety standards.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineering professionals to interpret blueprints and project designs, providing input on constructability and design feasibility.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations, reporting any discrepancies to senior management.
• Manage construction schedules and timelines effectively, ensuring that projects stay on track and within budget constraints.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring that materials and services are delivered on time and meet project specifications.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates and project budgets, analyzing labor, material, and equipment costs to optimize project efficiency.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures, conducting tests on materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure project alignment and address any concerns.
