1. Manage, design, develop, create, and maintain construction projects of various scales in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner.
2. Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data such as maps, reports, tests, and drawings.
3. Perform technical and feasibility studies and prepare blueprints that meet technical specifications.
4. Assess potential risks, materials, and costs associated with projects.
5. Provide advice and creatively resolve emerging problems or deficiencies.
6. Oversee and mentor staff, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure effective communication.
7. Handle the transfer of structures and services for operational use.
8. Monitor project progress and compile status reports.
9. Manage budgets and oversee procurement of equipment and materials.
10. Ensure compliance with guidelines, regulations, permits, and safety standards; deliver technical files and documentation as required.
