With stunning resorts worldwide and exciting expansion plans, Kerzner International offers a fantastic opportunity for a Connectivity Centre Agent at One&Only The Palm Hotel in Dubai.

The role involves handling all calls efficiently and courteously, projecting a favorable image of the resort, and coordinating guest requests promptly. You will anticipate guest needs, including pre-arrival arrangements, and execute requests to create memorable experiences and build lasting relationships.

The ideal candidate will report to the Guest Experience Manager, have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within upscale luxury hospitality or five-star hotels, possess strong customer service and reservation skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication in English or other languages. Computer literacy and experience with Opera systems are required. Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
