Job summary

A leading Testing and Certification company in Dubai is seeking a Conformity Analyst specializing in Food & Cosmetics Regulatory Support. The role involves ensuring compliance with various regulatory standards and managing compliance issues. Candidates should have a relevant degree and 1-3 years of experience in food safety or quality assurance, along with strong skills in regulatory knowledge and communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.

Conformity Analyst - Food & Cosmetics Regulatory Support

Primary requirements
  • Strong understanding of regulatory standards (FDA, EFSA, SFDA, GCC, local municipality regulations) & other local regulatory standards.
  • Knowledge of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) regulations, UAE Food Law, Cosmetics regulations, EU CosIng, SFDA (Saudi Food and Drug Authority) etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and compliance management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage compliance issues.
  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology Engineering or related field.
  • Certifications in food safety or cosmetic regulations (optional but beneficial).
  • 1-3 years of experience in food safety, cosmetic regulation, or quality assurance.
  • Experience with laboratory testing, product safety assessments, and compliance documentation.
  • Strong understanding of GMP, ISO, and regulatory compliance in the Middle East.
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic would be an advantage.
