Job summary

EDGE is seeking a Configuration Officer for Halcon to drive Configuration Management across programs, ensuring integrity and traceability of all items through the lifecycle.

The role requires seven plus years in CM or Document Control, and a strong grasp of ANSI/EIA-649 standards within a systems engineering environment. Aerospace or defence exposure is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Configuration Management and/or Document Control within a systems engineering or technology-driven organization.
• Advanced knowledge of ANSI/EIA-649 Configuration Management principles and Systems Engineering processes.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred) or equivalent engineering qualification; Aerospace or Defence industry experience is highly desirable.

• Develop, implement, and maintain Configuration Management (CM) Plans across multiple programs.
• Manage and control configuration baselines for systems, hardware, software, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Configuration Management processes, procedures, and ANSI/EIA-649 standards.

About The Role

The Configuration Officer for Halcon is responsible for executing Configuration Management (CM) activities across one or more programs, ensuring the integrity, traceability, and control of all configuration items throughout the product lifecycle.
