• Experience supporting missile, weapons, avionics, or aerospace development programs.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Principal Technician Integration & Test for Halcon will be supporting the development, integration, and testing of advanced weapon systems and test equipment.Provide hands-on technical expertise in subsystem testing, harness manufacturing, test equipment assembly, and development activities.
Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Contribute to cutting-edge aerospace and defense programs in a highly collaborative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support subsystem integration, development testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Build and manufacture prototype harnesses, looms, and test equipment assemblies.
• Generate and maintain technical documentation for test systems and interfaces.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Electronics, Aerospace, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
