Job summary

Ethara in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Conference Producer to join on a contract basis. You will research trends, develop compelling conference content, secure high-profile speakers, and deliver a premier delegate experience for a leading regional summit platform.

The role requires 4–7 years of conference production, strong stakeholder engagement, and ability to collaborate with government entities, industry leaders, and sponsors to execute seamless events.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience producing conferences, summits, or executive-level events.
• Strong research, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
• Experience with government entities, international organizations, or large-scale events.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage senior executives and industry leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative conference agendas and engaging session formats.
• Identify, engage, and secure renowned local and international speakers.
• Collaborate with government entities, industry leaders, sponsors, and SMEs.
• Manage conference tracks from concept to onsite delivery.
• Partner with Marketing, Partnerships, Operations, Production, and Event Technology teams to deliver experiences.

In this exciting role, you will research emerging trends, develop compelling conference content, engage with influential stakeholders, and secure high-profile speakers to create an exceptional delegate experience for one of the region's leading summit platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative conference agendas and engaging session formats that inspire and captivate audiences.
• Identify, engage, and secure renowned local and international speakers.
• Collaborate with government entities, industry leaders, sponsors, and subject matter experts.
• Manage conference tracks from concept development through onsite delivery, ensuring seamless execution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Partnerships, Operations, Production, and Event Technology to deliver exceptional event experiences.
