Alabbar Enterprises & ANOTHER is seeking a seasoned retail operations leader for its Confectionary Retail Division in the UAE. The role focuses on driving sales growth, optimizing operations, and delivering world-class customer service across concepts.

You will oversee project initiatives, monitor market trends, and guide store managers to achieve financial targets while maintaining brand standards and strong guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge in team management.
• Good financial skills and business acumen (P&L).
• Good Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Retail Operational activities of the Confectionary Retail Division to maintain and improve productivity, quality, service, creativity, and guest satisfaction.
• Spearheading projects related to Confectionary Retail, including developing new concepts and opening outlets.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Review financial statements, sales, and performance data to measure productivity and drive cost reduction and program improvement.
• Manage financial targets to attain sales results and achieve objectives across concepts.
• Coordinate with store managers to review customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high standards of service.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and deployment for new concepts and ongoing operations.
• Ensure SOPs are established and followed across all concepts.
