Job summary

Accor in Dubai seeks an experienced Concierge Team Lead to oversee daily operations, ensuring service standards are friendly and engaging for all guests.

You will handle VIP guest experiences, respond to special requests, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions and services to assist guests effectively.

Strong leadership, excellent communication, and familiarity with hotel management software are required. UAE Driver's license is a plus.

• 3-5 years of concierge experience with leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of local attractions and services.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
