Who We Place: Private & Maternity Nurses, Physiotherapists & Osteopaths, Private & Concierge Physicians
We are asked to find a UK & European-trained concierge physician for a private family in Abu Dhabi, to own the live-in medical continuity brief.
International travel with the family is built into the role, so keeping health records and plans continuous across borders is planned in advance.
Employment is with the family alone, on terms agreed with them; we act as introducer and verifier, nothing more.
Requirements
Candidates are practising family medicine physicians (GPs) whose registration sits in the UK or Europe, with confidence in preventive health, longevity planning and urgent clinical decisions.
Candidates should show 3+ years of hands‑on practice since registering, ideally with a working familiarity with regular health reviews and a calm daily rhythm of availability.
The family has asked for clinicians trained and registered in the UK or Europe.
Confident English is needed for clinical notes and precise conversation, with a signed NDA before details are shared.
Every certificate and registration is checked by us before you are put forward, including a check of your fitness‑to‑practice history.
Salary: £218,000 a year gross.
The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
Free accommodation provided by the family.
Medical insurance covered.
Professional indemnity insurance is not included; the clinician arranges their own cover.
You receive paid annual leave under the family's contract, within a contract intended to run for years.
The family issues the contract, and you sign it with them, so you know where you stand from the start.
Flights and travel are always paid for by the family.
Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
Live‑in and single‑status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.
Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
